- full name, role, centre name, town and email. The phone number and the comment are optional.

- providers of hosting, infrastructure and analytics services (Vercel) and of email delivery (Resend), acting as data processors where applicable. The services may involve international transfers, which must be covered by the safeguards required by the applicable law.

- for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact related to the request, unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data or it must be kept blocked to deal with possible liabilities.
